Marin-san’s Magic Eye

“‘Eye of Mesmerisation’, are you referring to that Dark Magic’s Charm? A Magic that enthrals the other party, was it?”
Perhaps he couldn’t quite get the crux of it, the Beast King asks me with his arms folded. I have never seen that Magic before, but I suppose it’s probably the same thing.
“I think it is something similar. That is the power of her eye”
While saying that, I think back on yesterday’s incident. I never would’ve thought, that this power is actually so incredible.

I’m currently, talking to the awoken Marin-san about my conjecture when it comes to why people with heterochromia are born. Along with the Caro beside me who also suffered the same distress. She has removed her mask currently.

After Marin-san takes several deep breaths, she opens her eyes. And then

When I say that, Marin-san nods and starts pouring in her Magic Power with her eyes closed. Caro is watching fidgetily by the side as well. Her actions will also change depending on the result of this after all.
And then, when a certain amount of Magic Power gathers in her eye
“This side huh!”
Perhaps Marin-san got it, she opens her closed left eye. Her Magic Eye is the red one on the left huh. When I look at her eye closely, there’s a pentagram spinning in her red eye.
I wonder if it’s like how Caro’s God Eye shines divinely, and the colour of my Eye of Clairvoyance changes when we activate them?
After looking at Marin-san’s eyeball for a short while, my heart started pounding for some reason. I wonder what’s this? When I averted my eyes without knowing why, Marin-san’s face was right there.
Perhaps because Marin-san was also looking fixedly at me, her cheeks are slightly blushing. I subconsciously

mutters whisperingly. Marin-san and Caro could naturally hear it, and they looked over at me. But, my heart is pounding so hard that I’m not bothered by something like that.
I wonder what it is; this throbbing of my heart. I can’t take my eyes off Marin-san. It’s like when I’m flirting with my fiancees. But, I’m just looking at Marin-san currently…….
Before I knew it, I leaned my body forward and placed my hand on the bed.
“He-, hey, Lei-kun!? Wha- wha- wha-, what’s the matter!”

Marin-san and Caro call out to me in a fluster, but I can’t quite hear them. Leaving that aside, the flustered Marin-san is cute. She’s too adorable. I carry on to lean my body on the bed and bring my body closer to Marin-san.
“Marin-san. You sure are gorgeous huh”
When I compliment Marin-san, Marin-san’s face rapidly turns red.
“Fuaah!? Le- Le- Le-, Lei-kun, ple- ple- ple-, please calm down! Som-, somehow you seem strange, yuu know!?”
“Haha, a flustered Marin-san is also cute! Marin-san, can I kiss you?”

Marin-san is surprised and tries to escape backwards, but I won’t let her get away.
I hug Marin-san closer to me on her slender waist with my left hand and pinch Marin-san’s chin and lift it up with my right hand. Before my eyes is the face of Marin-san whose eyes are shut and quivering. I then carry on to move my lips closer……
“Stop iーt!!!”
I was hit from behind as hard as possible with something solid. When I held onto my head with both hands and turned around, the figure of Caro with a chair in her hands breathing, ‘fuーfuー‘, heavily was there.
“Oww〜, what are you doing, Caro! Hitting me with something like a chair all of a sudden!”
“‘What are you doing’ are my words, idiot Lei! Why are you trying to assault Marin-san all of a sudden instead! Even though you have never gone that far with us either!”
“‘Assault’? What are you saying. I was just looking at Marin-san’s eyes, after that……ah”
“You finally remembered huh, you idiot Lei! Youuu!!”
“Wai-, wait, Caro! Calm down! Calm down and put that chair down!”
“‘Calm down’, you say!? Do you think I can calm down after seeing the person I like flirting with another woman before my eyes!?”
“Tha-, that’s not it! My eyes seemed clouded all of a sudden just now! Marin-san who was beautiful to begin with seem even more beautiful, and I couldn’t hold myself back!”

Perhaps she caught onto something that I said, Caro finally put the chair down. Fuu〜, thank goodness. Caro carries on to go all the way to Marin-san’s side and pours Magic Power into her eye. Is that her activating her God Eye? I saw it a few times previously, but it sure is beautiful no matter how many times I see it.

And then, Caro nods by herself like she understood everything. What is it?

Despite saying it angrily at first, Caro says it whisperingly while turning her face away near the end. It seems Caro intended to say it in a soft voice, but it was audible to my ears. I end up smirking unconsciously.
Caro who noticed my expression blushes and gets angry, but it’s utterly ineffective to the current me. Until Marin-san came back to her senses, I rubbed her head instead.
